RESOURCE POLICY Products must be returned within 8 days of delivery. Returned Products should not be worn and washed or altered in any way. Returned products must have all their original labels and must be in their original packaging. It is mandatory to complete the Online Return Procedure (see below for more details). No reimbursements or customized product changes are made. How to request a change Complete the online resume procedure by switching to your account and clicking on "My Orders". Click on the "Request made by" button by selecting the product you want to make in the detail, and follow the instructions displayed until the correct order is registered; Wait for the release to be authorized. Print the Return Form, and insert it into the parcel pointing to "Product Change", and the details of the product you want to replace; Send your return to the following address: Breis S.r.l.s. PACKAGE SHIPPING COSTS The cost of returning the Product to our warehouse, either by courier or postal service, is exclusively borne by the Customer. The shipping of the new product will be borne by Breis S.r.l.s. The new Product will be shipped after receiving the original Product.
